> Turn three JPG photos into a single PDF in your browser with nothing uploaded, plus built-in options on Windows, Mac and iPhone and how to fix page order.

To turn 3 JPGs into 1 PDF, open [JPG to PDF](/jpg-to-pdf/), add all three photos at once and download a single PDF with one photo per page. It runs in your browser, so the pictures stay on your device. This is the usual job when a form asks for "one file" and you have the front and back of an ID plus a receipt, or three photos of a signed page.

## Put three JPGs into one PDF

[Open JPG to PDF](https://filevale.com/jpg-to-pdf/)

1. Open JPG to PDF in any modern browser on your phone or computer.
2. Choose your three `.jpg` files together, from Downloads, Files or your photo library.
3. Run the tool to build one PDF from them.
4. Download the PDF. There is no sign-up and no watermark.

Open the result and check that the pages are in the order you want before you send it. Nothing is uploaded at any point, which matters when the photos show an ID card, a bank letter or a medical form.

## If your photos are not all JPG

[Open Image to PDF](https://filevale.com/image-to-pdf/)

Three files from different places often end up in different formats: a screenshot saved as PNG, a picture from the web as WebP, a JPG from a friend. [Image to PDF](/image-to-pdf/) puts any photos or images into one PDF, so you don't have to convert them to JPG first. If the photos come straight from an iPhone and are still HEIC, use [HEIC to PDF](/heic-to-pdf/) instead.

## Fix the page order or add more pages later

[Open Organize PDF Pages](https://filevale.com/organize-pages/)

If page two ended up first, open the finished PDF in [Organize PDF Pages](/organize-pages/) and put the pages in a new order. If you already have a PDF and want to add the three photos to it, turn the photos into a PDF first, then join the two files with [Merge PDF](/merge-pdf/). The [merge guide](/guides/merge-pdf-files/) covers that step in more detail.

## Built-in options on Windows, Mac and iPhone

Your computer or phone can often do this without any extra tool:

- **Windows**: select the three photos in File Explorer, right-click and choose *Print*, then pick *Microsoft Print to PDF* as the printer. You get one PDF with all the selected images.
- **Mac**: open all three photos in **Preview**, select the thumbnails in the sidebar, then choose *File → Print* and *Save as PDF*.
- **iPhone**: in the **Files** app, select the three images, tap the *More* button and choose *Create PDF*.

These work well when you are on your own device. The browser tool is handy on a shared or work computer where you can't install anything, or when the built-in print dialog adds margins or crops your photos in a way you don't want.

## When the PDF is too big to send

Three full-resolution phone photos can make a PDF of several megabytes, which some upload forms reject. Run the finished file through [Compress PDF](/compress-pdf/). The [compress PDF for email guide](/guides/compress-pdf-for-email/) explains when this helps and what else to try.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I combine more than three JPGs?

Yes. The steps are the same for any number of photos: choose them all at once and they go into the same PDF. For a longer set, the [guide to converting multiple JPGs into one PDF](/guides/how-to-convert-multiple-jpg-to-one-pdf/) goes through it in more depth.

### Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Filevale does the work inside your browser, so the JPGs and the finished PDF never leave your device. That makes it a reasonable choice for scans of IDs, contracts and receipts.

### Is it free, and does it add a watermark?

It is free to use right now, with no watermarks. No sign-up is needed to download the finished PDF.
