Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. They are static QR codes: the link, WiFi details or contact are stored in the code itself, not behind a redirect, so they keep working and can't be switched off. The flip side is that you can't change the content after printing; make a new code instead.
Can I add my logo to a QR code?
Yes. QR Code with Logo puts your logo in the middle and lets you pick colors. When a logo is added the code uses the highest error correction level, so it still scans with the centre covered.
How does a WiFi QR code work?
WiFi QR Code stores the network name, password and security type in the code. Guests scan it with their phone camera and tap to join, without typing the password.
Should I download PNG, SVG or JPG?
SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, so it is best for print. PNG works everywhere on screens and in documents; JPG is for apps that only accept JPG.
